The C4 steel check valve for concentrated nitric acid adopts an internal rocker arm rotary opening structure, and all opening and closing components are installed inside the valve body without penetrating the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring used in the middle flange, there is no external leakage point as a whole to prevent the possibility of leakage. The rocker arm and valve disc connection of the rotary opening check valve adopts a spherical connection structure, which allows the valve disc to have a certain degree of freedom within 360 degrees and appropriate micro position compensation. The C4 check valve has a simple structure, reliable operation, and lower fluid resistance than a lift check valve. It is suitable for use in larger diameter applications and can automatically open with the help of fluid pressure. This product is suitable for clean unidirectional media such as concentrated nitric acid at medium and low temperatures (≤ 50 ℃), nitric acid concentration ≥ 98%, various concentrated nitric acids below 50 ℃, and mixed acids of concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid in various ratios. It is not suitable for fluids containing solid particles and high viscosity.

Accurate calculation and design ensure sufficient flow area, low pressure loss, stable flow state, and no cavitation. The valve disc generates negative pressure and spring thrust when the medium flows, and returns to its seat without direct impact from the medium on the back of the valve disc; Therefore, check valves are low-noise valves;

The special surface treatment and structural design of the support at the front and rear ends of the valve disc and the valve disc shaft have overcome the jamming phenomenon that often occurs during the use of similar valves, ensuring smooth opening and closing; At the same time, it avoids the defects caused by gravity, such as valve disc misalignment, uneven force distribution on the sealing pair, and the inability of the sealing pair to fit between two actions, which affects the sealing performance. This ensures that the sealing pair is always in a good state of stress and fit;

The precise design uses spring thrust, which is slightly greater than the sum of the valve disc gravity and the friction force between the valve disc and the front and rear supports when the valve disc is in the closed position. The valve disc can be reseated and sealed at low pressure and any installation, and can also achieve low-pressure opening, reducing the starting load of the pump and protecting the safe operation of the pump.
