The pneumatic fluorine lined ball valve consists of a pneumatic piston actuator and an O-type fluorine lined ball valve. The inner cavity of the valve body and the disc plate are lined with corrosion-resistant and anti-aging polytetrafluoroethylene using high-pressure injection molding technology, thus possessing reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. Mainly used for regulating or cutting off strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali in the production process. Fluorine lined ball valves are mainly used for regulating or cutting off highly corrosive media such as acid and alkali during the production process. Widely used in automatic regulation and remote control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical, textile, and power.

Structural features:

The structure of the fluorine lined ball valve is a full bore floating ball type (two-stage) and a full bore fixed ball type (three-stage), mainly used to cut off or connect corrosive media in pipelines, and can be used for fluid regulation and control. Compared with other valve types, it has the following characteristics:

Low fluid resistance, smooth inner wall of lined ball valve, and unobstructed flow channel make it the valve with the lowest fluid resistance among all types of valves.

The switch is quick and convenient, simply rotate the sphere 90 ° to complete the account opening and closing actions.

Using a special molding process, the lining material is lined on the inner wall of the valve housing, which can withstand corrosion from strong acid and alkali media. The combination of lining spherical surface and PTFE valve seat has good sealing performance and achieves zero leakage.

Multiple drive devices such as pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic can be configured to achieve remote control and automated operation.

The sphere is integrated with the valve stem, eliminating the difference in rotation angle and eliminating the danger of the valve stem bursting out of the body due to pressure changes, ensuring the safety and reliability of use.
